Observation

A child's Epi-Pens did not have a prescription label. Provider stated the box and the label had been damaged by the parent and the parent was in process with getting a new label. The Epi-Pens were stored in a box labeled with the child's name. The box also contained the child's Benadryl, medication permission form, and medication log.
